Family owned and operated
Nancy and Dieter Tiede opened their first hearing clinic in 1985, and Carson Tiede has joined his the family business of 20 years by opening a Hearing Care Clinic in Mill Bay, Victoria and Chemainus.

Maintenance and service included
When you purchase hearing aids from Hearing Care Clinic, we’ll include all maintenance and service for the life of the hearing aid. This includes major repairs until the warranty expires. And we are always available for cleaning, repairs, batteries and accessories.
Even if you did not buy your hearing aids from us, we are eager to help you with ongoing care, repairs and service. We can work with any manufacturer or insurance company.

Our Gift of Hearing program provides complimentary support and hearing aids to someone in need. We recycle used hearing aids and purchase new devices so individuals without the means to purchase hearing aids can receive the gift of hearing.
