Mini Receiver-In-The-Ear – Most Versatile & Best Value

Extremely comfortable to wear, the receiver-in-the-ear (RITE and miniRITE) hearing aids are small and discreet. They have a small receiver that fits comfortably in the ear and the other electronic components in a small case worn behind the ear. The RITE and miniRITE hearing aids contain the latest technology that can be programmed for your listening preferences to suit your needs. As a result, the RITE hearing aids provide the most natural sound quality, and are the most popular style available. They are also highly adaptable as the receiver strength can be increased to meet the needs of the user as their hearing changes over time.

Invisible-In-The-Canal - IIC

The smallest of the hearing aid styles, invisible-in-the-canal (IIC) solutions are ultra compact devices that fit completely in the ear canal, making them virtually invisible. The electronic components are all housed within the tiny shell that fits comfortably and deeply in the ear canal. They do not have a volume or program control button, making them fully automatic in providing the best speech in noise ratio for each environment.

Completely-In-The-Canal - CIC

Slightly more visible than the IIC style, the completely-in-the-canal style (CIC) is a custom fitted solution that is nearly invisible. The electronic components are housed in a small shell that fits comfortably in the ear canal. Available in a range of skin tones, the CIC hearing aid provides a great solution to meet hearing needs in a discrete style.

They do not have a volume or program control button, making them fully automatic in providing the best speech in noise ratio for each environment.

In-the-Canal – ITC

In-the-canal (ITC) hearing aids are a small and discreet solution. Available in a range of skin tones, and custom fit for each ear, ITC hearing aids have 2-3 microphones that provide the user with better directionality.

They also have a volume or program control button allowing the user to make adjustments in different environments.

In-The-Ear – ITE

Sitting in the visible part of the external ear, in-the-ear (ITE) hearing aids allow slightly larger batteries, providing a good solution for individuals who have higher power requirements. ITE hearing aids provide an automatic or adjustable setting, which can give the user more control of how they hear in different settings.

Behind-The-Ear - BTE

Behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids are the most powerful hearing aids, providing a compact and high performance solution. This style rests behind the ear and sound is transmitted to the ear via a tube and a custom fit earpiece.

BTE hearing aids have volume and control buttons, and have an automatic or adjustable mode, giving you more control.
